Abstract
My primary objective was to determine if the lethal yellow mutation induced a lesion effecting the immune system in yellow (Ay/a) mice. We wished to find the specific site of the lesion and the nature of the lesion. In addition, we wished to test if Ay-induced lesion(s) are intrinsic or extrinsic to lymphocytes.
