What the family members are eating is largely a matter of habit formation and training. This fact was clearly brought out at 24 county food program determination meetings and the summary of the state homemakers survey. The homemakers survey included 1617 returned health questionnaires from 37 counties and 1242 returned food questionaires' from 24 counties.
