Description
The domestic demand for farm products in 1939 will be considerably better than in 1938, according to present indications. Industrial production during 1939 will average materially higher than in 1938 but not as high as in 1937. The improvement is expected to come mainly in the higher rate of production of automobiles, building, steel, textiles and miscellaneous consumers' goods. (See more in text.)
