The 4-H Meal Planning C Plan has to do with planning and preparing breakfasts. Do you want to have sparkling eyes, shinning hair and a pleasant disposition? Eating a good breakfast every morning will give you these. Dr. Lydia Roberts, a well known food specialist, says, ''From many standpoints, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body has been without food for 10 to 12 hours and should be supplied with the different kinds of food needed for the morning's activities. If you do not have enough to eat, or the right kind of breakfast, you show it by being tired, cross, and doing your work poorly." If you learn to cook the foods served for breakfast, you will enjoy eating this meal more. The purpose of this booklet is to guide you in learning to plan breakfast menus and ways of cooking breakfast dishes.
