You can use raw foods, simple foods and even leftovers to make them. In salads even leftovers become food to be eaten instead of "scraps" to be snubb·ed. · What's more, you can watch your family grow stronger, more healthy and beautiful. Minerals and vitamins come made to order in the fruits and vegetables that salads add to meals. If they're raw, so much the better. Cooking sometimes destroys vitamins,· washes out minerals.
