This publication explains the provisions of South Dakota Compiled Laws (SDCL) 29A, SDCL 30-18A Independent Administration of Estates Act, SDCL 30-16 relating to the procedure for executors and administrators for inventory of the assets of the estates, SDCL 29-2 relating to the making of a self-proved will, SDCL 30-22-8 relating to the sale procedure and appraisement of estate assets, and SDCL 55-5A-1 regarding foreign trustees.
