This publication provides information on various methods and devices to prevent waterfowl crop damage. It describes scare methods and devices, herding and hazing, scarecrows, gun blasts and shell crackers, auto-exploders, and other devices. Other methods such as manipulating farming practices, combining tactics, lure crops, bait stations, and chemicals are also discussed.
