Description
The co-operative range grass and forage experiments at Highmore were begun in 1899 and were, in connection with the Division of Agrostology, United States Department of Agriculture, continued in 1900. Twelve varieties of perennials and fifteen of annuals were planted in 1900 which were not tried the previous year. The following is the report of Mr. L. W. Carter who is in charge of the work.
