Abstract
In investigating the impact of pregnancy on the adolescent female's perception of herself and her body image, the following questions were addressed:
1. What is the adolescent's perception of her body prior to pregnancy?
2. What is the adolescent's perception of her body during pregnancy?
3. What is the relationship between the adolescent's pregnant body image and her pregnant body image?
4. What is the adolescent's level of self-esteem during pregnancy?
