Description
To design and make a hat is a work of art. With long and careful study one may become an artist. Even our practical women of today with a little thought and study cannot only reduce the family budget but have the self-satisfaction that one gets in doing something worth while by making and remodeling hats at home. Much left-over material may be utilized in this way. Hats that already have been worn a season may be remodeled to serve again thus saving the purchase of a new one.
