Description
The home vegetable and fruit garden will produce more in dollars and cents than any other area of equal size on the farm. Regardless of this fact, there are thousands of farm and village homes in South Dakota without gardens. The home garden is not insignificant as many believe. It affords an easy and efficient means of reducing the yearly cost of food, one of .the chief items of every family's budget.
