The 2020 SDSU Data Science symposium will be hosted at SDSU campus on February 10-11, 2020. The symposium included pre-conference workshops, oral presentations, poster presentation, and keynote addresses.

This years program includes
Parallel workshops: Feb 10: 1:00 - 5:00 pm @ Student Union
Banquet: Feb 10: 6:00 - 9:00 pm @ Performing Art Center
Symposium: Feb 11: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm @ Student Union
Career fair: Feb 10-11 @ Student Union

The 2020 SDSU Data Science Symposium welcomes oral or poster presentations on topics such as:
    • Applications of data science to Healthcare, Finance/insurance, Agriculture, Sciences etc…

    • Early Bird Conference Registration: $120.00
    • Onsite Conference Registration: $150.00

    Limited travel reimbursements of at most $200 per person are available to students to attend the symposium. A faculty advisor/mentor should contact Dr. Rong Fan ( for further information. The eligibility criteria are
    1. Undergraduate student attendees or
    2. Graduate student attendees presenting a poster. The abstract must be submitted before the deadline and accepted.
