Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The adddress for the Summer 1963 graduation exercises will be delivered by Dr. Allen R. Millar, President of South State Teachers College. University President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas.
