Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The73rd annual commencement address titled, "The Quest for Knowledge," will be delivered by President Hilton M. Briggs. Dr. Briggs will also confer degrees and present diplomas. Nominated for honorary degrees are Professors Emory E. Johnson, Victor S. Webster, and Lloyd Glover, Jr. Col Frederic D. Ray and Major Kenneth M. Hammer will present ROTC commissions.
