Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 71st annual commencement address titled, "Individual Worth and Americas Future," will be delivered by Dr. Kenneth D. Wells, President, Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. University President John W. Headley will confer degrees. Nominated for honorary degrees are Dr. Frances M. Hettler and Dr. Ward L. Miller. Lt. Col. Louis J. B. Mestier and Lt. Col. J. Beeman Mullinix will present ROTC commissions.
