Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 70th annual commencement address will be delivered by Mrs. Harry T. Dory, President, Regents of Education. University President John W. Headley will confer degrees. Nominated for honorary degrees are Dean A. M. Eberle and Vice President H. M. Crothers. Lt. Col. Louis J.B. Mestier and Major Ferdinand B. Elstad will present ROTC commissions.
