The objectives of the study are as follows:
1. To determine the moods of the merging nurses four years following the merging of their institution.
2. To determine the moods of the merged nurses four years following the merger of their institution.
3. To compare and contrast the elicited moods of the merged and merging nurses four years following the merger of their two hospitals.
