Description

In order to test the comparative merit, of the two principal methods of putting in the small grain crop, and to determine that quantity of seed that should be sown per acre for the most profitable production, the beginning of a series of experiment made the past season. The results must not be taken as conclusive but rather as only suggestive under like conditions. The implements used were the Havana Press Drill and the Owatonna Broadcast Seeder.
