Abstract
A qualitative research design, which utilized interview as the primary method, was employed to gather data to analyze the experiences of current male early childhood education administrators. The goal was to understand the challenges that these male administrators faced. As a male early childhood administrator, I was interested in the experiences of other male administrators within an internationally established quality childcare organization.
