Abstract
Determine the causes, size and composition of the present wheat surpluses in the United States, including the outlook for the next few years, and evaluate the current farm programs and the suggested problem. Also, determining whether or a different approach, involving the use of United States wheat surpluses to help finance economic development in underdeveloped countries.
