Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the attitude and opinions of the south Dakota State college faculty towards the physical education and athletic programs offered at state college, also to learn whether or not faculty members had taken courses in physical education while in college, whether or not they took part in intercollegiate athletics , whether or not they attended South Dakota state College athletic events, and whether or not they would be interested in a faculty recreation program if facilities would be available in the near future.
