Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of interval training in a warm environment and the effect of interval training in a cold environment on cardiovascular endurance, and to compare the effects of interval training in the two environments. There will be no significant difference in the improvement of cardiovascular endurance in comparing interval training in a warm temperature environment to interval training in a cold temperature environment.
