Abstract
With today's demand for quality products, everyone is trying to improve the quality of their product or service. This study has two primary objectives: 1. Determine if a quality control program is feasible at a sheltered worksite. 2. Determine which employees are reliable enough to utilize and realize the benefits of a quality control program. Using the methods of p charts, Pareto diagrams, and the plotting of z-scores, we answer the questions of the two objectives and provide conclusions and recommendations.
