Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine which physical attributes were causing some of the toner cartridges to be out of specification, and why out of specification occurs predominantly on Case 1, as assumed by Mr. Lyle Stenson, quality assurance manager at Falcon Plastics, Brookings, SD. There are times when out of specification occurs on Case 2 too. Case 1 and Case 2 are the assembled toner cartridges.
