Abstract
The primary objective of this study is to retrieve statistical information from the EDC archive on MSS data acquisition and usage between January 1, 1979 and March 31, 1991, and to present this information in a format useful in future data analyses efforts. To accomplish this, four categories of statistical data were defined, with a 2-step retrieval process used to accumulate the data.
