Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1. to determine relative nuclear and cellular volumes and relative nuclear:cytoplasmis volume ratios, using image analysis techniques; 2. to quantify nuclear DNA amounts, using flow cytometric techniques; and 3. to examine relationships among nuclear volume, DNA content and geographic origin (ie, latitude, longitude, and average annual precipitation) in honeylocust [sic].
