Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1. To determine the expectations of the members entering a support group developed for the purpose of easing the transition from LPN to AD student.
2. To determine the extent those expectations are met by participation in the support group.
3. To determine the extent of perceived stressors change after participation in the support group as related to:
a. type of identified stressor
b. degree to which an identified stressor is a source of stress.
