Description
The Milk Testing Demonstration is one of the dairy demonstrations to which reference is made in the State Fair Club Premium List. The Object of the Demonstration is to impress upon people, especially farm folks, the advantage of knowing the production of each cow, and the comparative simplicity with which such information may be obtained. Another object is to give members of the team practice in the use of the Babcock Test and an opportunity to show people what they have learned from club work.
