Goals for South Dakota handicraft project: (1) Learn to handle common handicraft tools correctly; (2) Make three useful farm or home articles for first year projects; (3) Demonstrate some phase of craft at a meeting; (4) Develop the ability to judge quality and workmanship of articles made; (5) Exhibit your project; and (6) Develop an appreciation for good tools and correctly identify them.
