Description
A pattern is a blueprint-a precise measuring device. Following this blueprint carefully doesn't always insure the success of a garment, unless you first select the right pattern. The first half of this circular tells what you need to think about and do before making that selection. The second half is about altering patterns. You'll note that this publication is written primarily to help you sew for yourself. However, you may want to apply the information to sewing for other members of the family and friends.
