Description
Sparkling good health is the greatest gift you can give your family. Your children are homemaking trainees and can learn from you. Hundreds of scientific studies show that there is no substitute for good food in the right amounts for building a healthy body. As a result of such research: We know the minimum daily requirements for food values. Better, we have Recommended Daily Allowances that provide a safe margin or individual differences. The foods we need each day are divided into Basic 7 or Basic 4 groups that furnish similar body needs. We know what food values each of these foods contain and in what amounts. We know how much of these foods we need each day from infancy through motherhood to old age. We know an amazing amount about what each of these nutrients does and how they team together to keep our bodies running smoothly.
