Abstract
This document discusses various elements to consider when purchasing electrical appliances. Elements such as construction, operation, safety, care, and cost of operation are discussed broadly. Aspects specific to different appliances are discussed in the latter half of the document. These appliances are: toasters, waffle makers, coffee makers, skillets, deep fryers, roasters, mixers and blenders.
