Suggested vegetable varieties for South Dakota are listed on the following pages in order of maturity for each kind of vegetable. The figure in parentheses following the variety name is the average number of days to maturity for that variety. Following this is a short description of the variety, its uses, and other helpful information. A group of capital letters indicates disease resistance, a reference key is provided.
