Abstract
This publication provides a map of South Dakota Conservation Districts and explains the district organization procedures, powers, and composition and duties of the state Soil Conservation Committee. It includes information about districts such as on adding additional territory, whether they interfere with land use planning, and discontinuing districts, as well as agreement provisions, cost to operators, and the number of districts in South Dakota.
