Abstract

The Director of the Summer School carried out the policies directing the summer session program and authorized the various activities inherent in the summer session program as delegated to the director by the university president. This collection is composed of summer session report written by the Director of the Summer Session.

Historical Note

The Director of the Summer School carried out the policies directing the summer session program at South Dakota State University and authorized the various activities inherent in the summer session program as delegated to the director by the university president.

The summer session was eight weeks long, and included courses, workshops and various programs of instruction which were available for shorter periods of time.

Content Notes

This collection is composed of summer session report written by the Director of the Summer School. These reports summarize the activities of the summer session at South Dakota State University from 1957-1972. These reports include a statement of policies regarding the operation and function of the summer session.
