Abstract
Learning Outcome: Determine baseline food insecurity prevalence and predictors among adult/youth dyads enrolled in the iCook 4-H childhood obesity prevention cooking-based intervention. Background: Food insecurity has been associated with socioeconomic factors (including income, education, and race/ethnicity) and weight status. Objective: Determine baseline food insecurity prevalence and predictors among adult/ youth dyads enrolled in the iCook 4-H childhood obesity prevention cooking-based intervention.
