The table of contents lists a dedication to Edwin H. Shaw, Jr., Minutes of the Academy of Science, the Collegiate Section, and the Junior Academy, membership list, papers presented, and reports presented at the Scientific Session and are published by title only. The presidential address was given by Robert Roy Kinter.

The following are dedications to Edwin H. Shaw, Jr.: Edwin Herbert Shaw, Jr., Man for All Seasons by Elbert W. Harrington, Mr. Medical Education in South Dakota by Walter L. Hard, and Academic Advisor and Teacher by Lyle E. Seymour.
