Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 1965 Summer Session Graduation Exercises address titled, "Commencement of What?" will be delivered by Dona Brown, Secretary of the Regents of Education of South Dakota. University President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas.
