Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 83rd Annual Commencement address will be delivered by the Honorable George S. McGovern, United States Senator. University President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas. Nominated for honorary degrees are Dr. J. Howard Kramer, Professor of Education, and Dr. John Thompson, Head of the Economics Department. Greg Grenz, President of the Class of 1969, will present the class gift. Receiving the Outstanding Teaching Award is Mr. Charles Cecil, Director of Development.
