Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 1959 Summer Quarter graduation exercises address will be delivered by M. F. Coddington, State Superintendent, South Dakota Department of Public Instruction. University President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas.
