Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 1943 winter term commencement graduation exercises will be held March 15, 1943. The graduation address will be delivered by E. M. Mumford, President, Board of Regents of Education of South Dakota. President Lyman E. Jackson will confer degrees. Col. Burr P. Irwin will present reserve officers' commissions.
