Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 54th annual commencement graduation will be held on June 3, 1940. The commencement address will be delivered by E. M. Mumford, Rector, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Brookings. Acting President G. L. Brown will confer degrees. Lt. Col. James P. Murphy will present Reserve commissions. John Olson, President of the Class of 1940, will present the class gift. The retirement of President C.W. Pugsley and the completion of the building program of the College will also occur.
