Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program have not officially confirmed meeting the graduation requirements. The 53rd annual commencement will be held on June 5, 1939. The address titled, "Modern Trends iin Criminology," will be delivered by D. M. Ladd, Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Department of Justice. President Charles W. Pugsley will confer degrees. Major James P. Murphy will present reserve commissions. Clifford Wallace Welsh, President of the Class of 1939, will present the class gift.
