Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not represent official confirmation of meeting the graduation requirements. The 115th Annual Commencement ceremony will commence with introductions by University President Peggy Gordon Elliott. Honorary marshals for the event are Dr. Madeleine S. Rose, Associate Professor of Nutrition, Food Science, and Hospitality Emerita, and Dr. Robert W. Rose, Associate Professor of Nutrition, Food Science, and Hospitality Emeritus. The commencement address, titled "Life 101," will be delivered by Jill Spindler Kartochvil, a candidate for graduation. Dr. Carol J. Peterson, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, will acknowledge faculty and student honors. Recognizing Army and Air Force officers will be LTC Keith Corbett of Army ROTC and Col. Jeffrey Boulware of Air Force ROTC. Furthermore, Alice Kundert will be honored with a Doctor of Public Service honorary degree, and Kathleen Norris will be recognized with a Doctor of Letters and Literature honorary degree.
