Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not serve as an official confirmation of having met the graduation requirements. The 1999 Fall Graduation Exercises will commence with introductions by University President Peggy Gordon Elliott. Serving as honorary marshals are Dr. James O. Pederson, Dean of General Registration Emeritus, and Dr. Duane E. Sander, Dean Emeritus of Electrical Engineering. The graduation address, titled "Graduation is Commencement," will be delivered by Dr. Herbert E. Cheever, Jr., Dean of the College of Arts and Science. Dr. Carol J. Peterson, Vice President for Academic Affairs, will acknowledge student and faculty honors. Recognizing Army and Air Force commissions are Lt. Col. Keith Corbett and Col. Jeffrey Boulware.
