Abstract
Please be informed that the individuals listed in the program do not constitute an official confirmation of having met the graduation requirements. The 1996 Fall Graduation Exercises will commence with introductions by University President Robert T. Wagner. Serving as honorary marshals are Dr. Mary K. Wagner, Assistant Professor Emerita of Rural Sociology, and Dr. Donald G. Kenefick, Professor Emeritus of Plant Science and Biochemistry. The commencement address, titled "Access To and Community in Higher Education: Obstacles and Opportunities," will be delivered by Dr. Diane E. Kayongo-Male. Dr. Carol J. Peterson, Vice President for Academic Affairs, will acknowledge student and faculty honors. Recognizing Army and Air Force commissions is Lt. Col. Kevin J. Graber.
