Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not officially confirm meeting the graduation requirements. Honorary marshals for the 87th Annual Commencement ceremony are Ima Crisman, Emeritus Assistant State 4-H Club Leader, and Melvin L. Manning, Dean Emeritus of Engineering. The Commencement address titled, "A Time for Testing," will be delivered by South Dakota Governor Richard F. Kneip. President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas.
