Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not officially confirm meeting the graduation requirements. Honorary marshals for the Summer 1971 Graduation Exercises are Professor Emeritus Kathleen M. Nagle and Professor Emeritus William H. Gamble. Dr. M.N. Freeman, President of Black Hills State College, will deliver the address titled, "Youth and the Nation's Challenge." President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas.
