Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not officially confirm meeting the graduation requirements. Honorary marshals for the Summer 1970 Graduation Exercises are Professor Emeritus Hilda Hasslinger and Dean Frank G. Schultz. Dr. Norbert K. Baumgart, President of Northern State College will deliver the address. President Hilton M. Briggs will confer degrees and present diplomas.
