Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not officially confirm meeting the graduation requirements. Honorary marshals for the Fall 1979 Graduation Exercises are James Bruce, Associate Professor Emeritus of Electrical Engineering, and Rex Helfinstine, Professor Emeritus of Economics. The commencement address titled, "The Three R's," will be delivered by Ardyce Gilbert, Dean of the College of Home Economics. President Sherwood O. Berg will confer degrees and present diplomas. Harold S. Bailey, Jr., Vice President for Academic Affairs, will recognize honor students. Lt. Col. Patrick Todd and Col. Charles Lehman will acknowledge Army and Air Force officer commissions.
